Due to current circumstances, we are putting the issue of copyright first.     

      All texts in books, essays and on the websites of Florin Lowndes and Sylvia Weyand are protected by international copyright laws.  The rights belong to the relevant publishers or us, but not to any private individual or study-groups.

      We have not granted ANYONE the right to copy passages from our books or websites for inclusion and distribution in their newsletter or in their own texts or for their website.

      We have not granted ANYONE the right to translate and distribute the Code-X edition into other languages.

      We have not granted ANYONE the right to use our illustrations, paintings and photos.

ANYONE who does this is violating international copyright laws.

    There are people to whom we have written in this regard with a clear request to immediately stop publishing our photos and illustrations and translating our texts for their own purposes, but who continue to do so unabashedly.

      Alle Texte in Büchern, Aufsätzen und auf den Websites von Florin Lowndes und Sylvia Weyand unterliegen dem internationalem Urheberrecht. Die Rechte liegen bei den entsprechenden Verlagen oder uns, aber bei keiner Privatperson oder Studiengruppen.

      Wir haben NIEMANDEM das Recht eingeräumt, Passagen aus unseren Büchern oder Websites zur Aufnahme und Verbreitung in seinem Newsletter oder in eigene Texte oder für seine Website zu kopieren.

      Wir haben NIEMANDEM das Recht eingeräumt die Code-X Ausgabe in andere Sprachen zu übersetzen und zu verbreiten.

      Wir haben NIEMANDEM das Recht eingeräumt, unsere Illustrationen, Gemälde oder Fotos zu verwenden.

    JEDER, der dies tut, verstößt gegen internationale Urheberrechtsgesetze.

      Es gibt Menschen, die wir in diesem Zusammenhang angeschrieben haben mit der klaren Aufforderung, die Veröffentlichung unserer Texte, Illustrationen und Fotos und die Übersetzung unserer Texte für eigene Zwecke (Aufsätze, Newsletter oder Websites) sofort einzustellen, die dies aber ungeniert weiter tun.
